News and opinions about TV actor Ice T. According to Wikipedia: Tracy Marrow, better known by stage name Ice-T, is an American rapper, rock musician, author, and actor. He was instrumental in creating gangsta rap and rapcore. Much of his music is politically aware, like that of Public Enemy, although this has declined with time. Since 2000, he has played the role of Detective Odafin Tutuola on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit. Marrow currently resides in North Bergen, NJ.
