  As a filmmaker, I'd love to be able to say that the majority of movies being shown in theaters today are worth the cost of the ticket, popcorn and soda, But I don't think that's true. I think the majority of movies being released today are uninspiring or just as moving if you waited and watched them when they come out on DVD. Immigration. Many people seem to have an opinion, but not many people seem to have workable answers that serve everyone well. Over the weekend, I was introduced to a computer game called ICED (I Can End Deportation). The purpose of the game is to learn about immigration facts and myths. Beginning October 1, 2008, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) will begin implementation of a redesigned naturalization test. All applicants who file for naturalization on or after October 1, 2008 will be required to take the redesigned test. For those applicants who file prior to October 1, 2008 but are not interviewed until after October 2008 (but before October 2009), there will be an option of taking the redesigned test or the current one.
