As a filmmaker, I'd love to be able to say that the majority of movies being shown in theaters today are worth the cost of the ticket, popcorn and soda, But I don't think that's true. Beginning October 1, 2008, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) will begin implementation of a redesigned naturalization test. All applicants who file for naturalization on or after October 1, 2008 will be required to take the redesigned test.
