As the hands, shoulders, hips and body together move into impact, the Medicus Swing Trainer is released with the hands ahead of the ball and the clubface square. Hips will be approximately 30-45 degrees open to the target line and the shoulders about 5 degrees open. The left leg should be slightly flexed but in the process of straightening.
