Responsibilities: Responsible for installation and patches of base IBM / FileNet software components as needed. May be directly responsible or manage vendor execution of vendor P* software installations or major upgrades. Direct responsibility for implementation of patches or fixes. Responsible for coordination and validation of OS, security, and related areas as needed in support of the application environment. Must have experience with MS Windows, MS SQL Service, and Weblogic. Ensures environment meets audit, support, and security standards. Responsible for configuration of P8 platform attributes through use of vendor tools such as enterprise manager. Support development teams in the configuration of object stores, security, and other attributes. Develop and enforce standards and best practices that support availability, reliability, and performance of our development, test, and production platforms. Responsible for migration and implementation of new P8 based applications and enhancements as part of a project team. Must have proven experience migrating software, configuration, and data through various test environments to production.

Job Title: Senior Tech Specialist

Technical Skills: Must Have: Filenet administration P8 (Process Engine, Workflows, Application Engines, Image Services), Weblogic administration, SQL Server administration, Windows administration

Nice-to-have skills: Filenet Workplace/Web Application toolkit

Work timing: 2 PM - 11 PM, Maybe required to start at 7 AM for 2-3 days a month
