- Experience in Design patterns
- -Design for complex applications

- Strong fundamentals .NET architecture with proficiency in OO programming, Agile concepts, COM+, Visual Studio, C++, C#, WCF, WWF.
- Good to have sound knowledge on Enterprise Architecture
- Deep rooted technical understanding and implementation experience in the following expertise areas: BizTalk, MSMQ.
- SQL Server development experience preferred including DTS and SQL Integration Services
- Practitioner knowledge in Software Development Lifecycle Methodology (SDLC)
- Ability to rapidly assimilate new information and new techniques
- Experience on international projects and cross-functional leadership skills is a must
- Able to travel as required
- Highly proficient & solid Customer facing
- Project experience involving technical consulting, solution design, project envisioning, planning, development and deployment
