Mini Stocks a Great Investment Strategy

I do not have experience investing but in the end of 2006, I experimented with Delias Stock.  I invested $10 with a total of about $15 with fees and this amount is not much to waist and enough for someone inexperienced to try, considering people who try out the lotto.  Well, to my surprise, the value today of my Delias portfolio is $2.50, however, it has been higher and should be worth more if I had invested more.  This year, I plan to invest more and add another stock to my family of stocks.
