Twenty-seven-year-old Ingmar Guandique was arraigned Wednesday in District of Columbia Superior Court on six counts, including murder, kidnapping and attempted sexual abuse. Twenty-seven-year-old Ingmar Guandique (gwahn-DEE-kay) was indicted on charges of first-degree murder, kidnapping, attempted first-degree sexual abuse and other offenses. Officials say a Salvadoran immigrant facing charges in the slaying of Washington intern Chandra Levy has been moved from a federal prison in California. A spokeswoman for the Federal Bureau of Prisons says Ingmar Guandique (gwan-DEE'-kay) was transferred Thursday from the Adelanto, Calif. prison where he was serving a 10-year sentence for assault. Ponce says Guandique was taken to the bureau's federal transfer center in Oklahoma City. Spokeswoman Felicia Ponce couldn't say where he was headed or how long he would be in Oklahoma.
