We have an older Gateway computer that has not been used for a while. The computer isn’t hooked up to the internet so we can’t download anything onto it. We are using the computer to type up papers (needed it for a secretary to use). We bought a new printer (HP or Cannon D1400?) and we put in the disc that came with it before plugging it in the comp to make sure it gets installed correctly. During the installation it stops and says it cannot find any USB ports. There are 2 on the back of... Read Full Story
