What in the World is Laminin?

By nctrower on  From nctrower.wordpress.com
I just had to write about this although it doesn’t directly tie into the main theme of this blog. I saw this incredible video that was so amazing that I just had to share the story. I am a science, research, math nut and I love it when I read articles that show archeological or scientific evidences of God. I’m not here to convert people with this one article as I know there will be people that read this that don’t even believe in God but the excitement has been bubbling in me for days now and...Read Full Story

One of a Kind

By seedplanter on  From macromoments.blogspot.com
I ' ve been bitten by the jewelry design bug. I dabbled a bit in beading last summer, but am now creating one-of-a-kind charm bracelets for an Etsy shop I will be launching in the next few weeks. When my friend Glenda heard about my new creative venture, she surprised me by sending a ten-lb. box of vintage jewelry she'd inherited from an elderly relative. I'm combining new charms with beads and unique ornamental pieces from the 30's. It's a fun process. As I choose which elements to combine...Read Full Story

Reasoning in Decisions

By paulahardee on  From paulahardee.blogspot.com
A friend of mind confronted me in love this week. I had shared with her about a situation that I was processing through and the possible decision I was going to make. She so lovingly pointed out that I was reasoning with my own mind and not trusting in the LORD with all your heart. I was leaning on your own understanding. I was not acknowleding Him in this particlar situation and trying to be wise in my own eyes. (Proverbs 3:5-7). She was of course right. In general, reasoning is not wrong...Read Full Story

Hurting People Hurt People

By paulahardee on  From paulahardee.blogspot.com
As I was driving down the road on a four lane highway today, a lady pulls out of a parking lot into the center lane of the road. Minding my own business, the incoming car doesn’t stop in the center lane to look but keeps heading towards me. Quickly, I sound the horn to let her know of my presence so as to avoid a wreck. As I sound the horn, she and the child (possibly pre-teen years) turns and finally sees me. Thankfully, we miss each other as I swerve into the outer lane to prevent a...Read Full Story

Looking to Prosper?

By paulahardee on  From paulahardee.blogspot.com
I’m not just talking about prospering with money. I’m asking about prospering with anything in life, which could include finances. “He did it with all his heart and prospered.” 2Ch 31:21 “This is no unusual occurrence; it is the general rule of the moral universe that those men prosper who do their work with all their hearts, while those are almost certain to fail who go to their labour leaving half their hearts behind them. God does not give harvests to idle men except harvests of thistles...Read Full Story
