As this year’s Mother’s Day ends, I am reminded of an incident that happened at the turn of the century (I’ ve always wanted to say that). My grandmother who will turn 98 years old next week has been having more and more physical problems as you can imagine….Less than six months ago she was still walking around her house with no help from anyone or anything, and now she is confined to her bed.
