A federal appeals court affirmed a lower court's ruling that dismissed a lawsuit against FBI agents who conducted raids on certain Muslim businesses and homes in Herndon, Virginia in 2002. This is an important ruling in that these raids helped expose some of the Islamist networks in America. These networks largely thrived under the Clinton administration although I do give him credit for declaring Hamas a terrorist organization in 1995.
