It is becoming apparent that Mitt Romney will be John McCain's running mate. This, in my opinion will be a wise choice for McCain. Romney is popular amongst conservatives, a group that hasn't exactly warmed up to McCain, and he polled well in many pre-super Tuesday primaries that John McCain did not do well in. However, the biggest advantage Mitt Romney will give the McCain campaign is his impressive fundraising capabilities, which will allow the McCain campaign to close the fundrasing gap with Barack Obama. John McCain will make a big mistake if he does not choose Romney as his running mate. Choosing Romney ... Read Full Story

In results that were very split over one of the broadest fields of candidates since the 70's, two tourists managed to catch enough state-wide attention to place strong in the Democrat and Republican polls for the state's nominees for President of the United States. Harold and Wanda Anderson of Clatterford, NJ were traveling through the state by Winnebago when they were mistaken for candidates and bombarded with questions. Harold, a retired bus driver, placed well with Republicans for his no-nonsense approach on financial issues. Wanda's sympathetic ear went over well with the Democrats. "I think they were lost," said Bob Watkins, who voted for ... Read Full Story

There was quite a bit of back-and-forth yesterday on whether this revised, revised, revised version of health care is now essentially the plan signed into law by Romney. Phil Klein of the American Spectator contends: What...

I am surprised. Rejoice, Huckabee fans. With Barack Obama's approval rating hitting new lows in most polling it should come as no surprise that his leads over potential 2012 Republican opponents are as well. Mike Huckabee, Sarah Palin, and Tim Pawlenty all have their best performances relative to Obama in this month's poll and Mitt Romney matches his strongest standing yet. Huckabee comes the closest, trailing Obama 46-45. It's interesting to...

My problem with Mitt Romney is I think there are a lot of people who get themselves wrapped up into the gospel and they find...
