Being a shunned, out of work actor doesn’t pay nearly as well as you’d think. Just ask Isaiah Washington. The “Grey’s Anatomy” pariah is five months late on his rent. That’s pretty extreme as it is, but to make matters worse, Washington’s rent is $20,000 a month. That’s right, he owes a hundred Gs in back rent, and his landlord has filed eviction papers against him and his wife to boot them from the Los Angeles-area home. Her friend T.R. Knight might be leaving Grey’s Anatomy, but Katherine Heigl will be returning this fall. A rep for ABC confirms that Heigl, who plays Dr. Izzie Stephens, isn’t leaving the show despite speculation that she was ready to go to focus on her movie career. The rep also confirmed that Jessica Capshaw, who plays Dr. Arizona Robbins, will return to the show as a series regular. Witnesses: NY murder suspect used anti-gay slur

Two prosecution witnesses who were at a New York house party when a transgendered woman was murdered testified the man accused of the killing had directed an anti-gay slur at the victim. Neither of the witnesses at the trial of Dwight DeLee said they saw him fire the shot that killed 22-year-old Lateisha (lah-TEE'-shuh) Green in November. The pair testified Wednesday that DeLee called Green a "faggot." DeLee is being tried on a hate crime murder charge. Prosecutors say he killed Green because of anti-gay bias.
