In two separate incidents on Saturday, Israeli troops have killed six Palestinians. Israeli soldiers shot dead three people in the West Bank city of Nablus. Israeli military authorities said the three had killed an Israeli man on Thursday. One of the dead men, Anan Subuh, was a member of the al-Aqsa Marty's Brigade, the armed wing of Fatah. Fatah is the party headed by Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas.

Early Saturday, Dec. 26, an Israeli special force went into the West Bank town of Nablus and killed Ghasen Abu Sharaf, Raad Sukarj and Banan Suboh, leading members of the Al Aqsa Martyrs' Brigades, the suicide-military wing of Mahmoud Abbas' Fatah. All three were implicated in the drive-by shooting murder of Rabbi Meir Avshalom Chai Thursday night. Although the Brigades owned up to the murder, Mahmoud Abbas accuses Israel of "a war crime."
