J.P. Suarez is Assistant Administrator for Enforcement and Compliance Assurance. According to whitehouse.gov: Previously, J.P. Suarez was the Director of the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement and Assistant Counsel to then-Governor Whitman. In 1998, he was Special Assistant to the Director of Criminal Justice in the State of New Jersey. From 1992 to 1998, J.P. was an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the District of New Jersey. He is a graduate of Tufts University and the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
