My TV has more channels today than it did a decade ago, but, late at night, I find fewer good things to watch now. In the late '90s, I was nearly always able to locate an old Jackie Chan movie. I don't think one is ever more grateful for a good movie than one is when one stumbles upon it on television at 2:00 a.m. For this reason, I'll always have a great deal of gratitude for Chan.
