James Biela, 27, was arrested Tuesday, Nov. 25, 2008, for the Jan., 2008, murder and rape of Reno teenager Brianna Denison.
After hearing hours of arguments Friday, a judge said he plans to announce Monday whether to prohibit certain DNA evidence in the Brianna Denison murder and rape case because James Biela's defense lawyers can't independently test the samples.
