Quantum of Solace: Film Review

Photos in this review by Karen Ballard Quick admission: I'm not much of a classic James Bond guy. Sure, some of Sean Connery's 007 films have tickled my fancy -- From Russia With Love and Goldfinger especially, along with moments from Thunderball and Dr. No -- but the entire rhythm of gadgets, girls, and gratuitous one-liners has never completely satisfied my palette. That is, until Martin Campbell rebooted the series with Casino Royale , crafting a James Bond that was free to make mistakes... Read Full Story

Finding God in Unusual Places; James Bond Films

I can remember watching my first bond film at the age of 13. I watched Sean Connery's Dr. No. I was simply mesmerized by 007. The charm, action, and witty dialogue captured my attention. Bond... James Bond

Came back from doing some bits this morning to find Live and Let Die on the TV. As is always traditional with James Bond, one must always ask - providing one had never asked before - who the best Bond is. A certain amount of leeway is allowed of course, but anybody who replies Roger Moore without a moments hesitation needs a good head examination. The correct answer is of course, as follows: Daniel Craig Sean Connery George Lazenby Pierce Brosnan Roger Moore Timothy Dalton There are no... Read Full Story

Fleming first exceeded 100 mph, reverentially known in the... Read Full Story

Laser Blasting Memories Into The Brain (It's Not James Bond Villains)

From:  dailygalaxy.com

Scientists in the University of Oxford genetically engineered Dropsophilia flies... Read Full Story
