Britney Spears visited the Bronx in New York City
Britney Spears made a surprise visit to John Philip Sousa, Jr. High School in the Bronx, New York on Wednesday, October 1, her third day of visit to New York City. The 26-year-old controversial singer, presented a check for $10,000, donated by Elizabeth Arden, which markets Britney’s fragrances - Believe, Fantasy and Curious, to the school’s one year old music program. Britney looked polished and this is the way that I like her to look. I guess this is one of the attempths made by Britney to gain back her popularity after several big love scandals and skirmishes with the press. Connecting with the kids is something that she is good at. Her new album’s Circus is due out on 2 December 2008, right on Britney’s birthday. One of the songs expected to be a hit is WOMANISER.
