Harry Potter film series, was arrested yesterday after police found marijuana growing in his bedroom.

Cops originally stopped 19-year-old Waylett in his car last week after they deemed he was acting "suspciously." It's no wonder he was tweaking: Upon closer inspection, the actor's Audi contained eight bags of pot. Waylett and his friend were both arrested on suspicion of drug possession.
When they raided his house a little later (which he lives in with his mom and siblings), police found 10 pot plants that Waylett had been growing under hydroponic lights next to his Playstation and DJ decks. Thus, it was a second arrest for the actor, this time on suspicion of producing the drug. If he's convicted, Waylett could face up to 14 years in jail.
You can see Waylett in
Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, which hits theaters in July (the same month that he's due back in court). Enjoy the performance, because it may be his last blockbuster for awhile.
