Mad Men's January Jones picked up a Screen Actors Guild Award Sunday night for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Drama Series, along with pretty co-stars Alison Brie and Christina Hendricks. Many other actresses chose bright, spring colors for their SAG gowns, but Jones chose a black and gold Andrew Gn dress with an intricately detailed collar.

The gown is both classically elegant and unique at once. I only wish that January had pulled back her hair for the occasion, as the neckline of the dress demands attention that only an updo can achieve.
