Jason Presley Claims to Be Elvis Presley's Son, But Supreme Court Denies Attempt to Take Over Presley Estate

On October 5, 2009, the Supreme Court refused to hear a case from Jason Presley, a man who claims to be the first-born son of the late King of Rock 'n' Roll Elvis Presley. Presley, who is from West Valley City, Utah, was suing for the rights to the entire Presley estate. According to Fox News, Presley's petition to the Court had included "wild accusations," such as the claim that Elvis was murdered instead of dying from a drug overdose.

Apparently the highest court wasn't the first to deny Jason's attempt to take Elvis' family fortune. He was arrested for allegedly harassing judges in Utah after they turned down his case. Presley also goes by the name Ernie Young.
