Javier Ángel Encinas Bardem is a Spanish actor who was born in Las Palmas, Gran Canaria, Canary Islands. He comes from a long line of Spanish filmmakers. His father is Pilar Bardem, nephew of screen writer and director Juan Antonio Bardem. His film debut was at the age of 6 and he's appeared on several Spanish television programs. His most memorable role was probably Anton Chigurh, a cold-blooded killer in the Coen Brother's blockbuster, "No Country For Old Men." He was also a member of the Spanish national rugby team.
