JCPenny presents Rascal Flats performing their American Living Unstoppable Tour 2010 with special guest Darius Rucker on Thursday, February 18th, 2010 at the Peoria Civic Center.  

The series was developed by CMA's Artist Relations Committee, led by chairman Kix Brooks of Brooks & Dunn and vice chairman Jay DeMarcus of Rascal Flatts, to lay a foundation for how the various business interests within the industry function.
