The Nutley Jaycees have announced the winners of its 39th Annual Distinguished Service Awards. They are Nutley Mayor Joanne Cocchiola for civic affairs, Walker Middle School Principal John P. Calicchio Jr. for education, Nutley Rescue Squad volunteer Richard Budris for public health and safety, Fortress Financial owner Neil Henning as businessman of the year, and Joseph Hannon as young man of the year.
