Anaheim couldn't trust it goaltending or defense a few weeks ago, but has found success with Jean-Sebastien Giguere in net. A couple of weeks ago, the Ducks couldn't trust their goaltending, and goalie Jean-Sebastien Giguere didn't seem to trust himself or the defense in front of him on the rare occasions he played.  

Teemu Selanne scored twice on the power play, defenseman Nick Boynton also connected with the man advantage and Jean-Sebastien Giguere posted his first shutout of the season, leading the Anaheim Ducks to a 3-0 victory on Friday that snapped the Chicago Blackhawks' eight-game winning streak.

Although Jean-Sebastien Giguere's career has changed drastically since he lost his starting job in Anaheim, the veteran goalie is eager to remind the Ducks - or any potential suitors - that he can still make stops when they matter.
