Like many names in Star Wars, the name "Yoda" may have been etymologically derived from an ancient language - in this case, possibly from the Sanskrit noun yoddha, or from the Hebrew verb yodea. There has been a steady trickle of details about Star Wars: The Old Republic coming from the official site, and the latest class to receive the "HoloNet" treatment is the Jedi Knight, which is bound to be a favorite.
