Carter Albrecht "doing it for the love of music"
"There's a lot of reasons that people make music; it's the biggest stereotype that you don't make money with it, of course," said Michael Schoder, owner of the Granada Theater and CD World and an active local-music supporter in Carter's home town.
"He was doing it for another purpose. He was one of those guys doing it for the love of music. And of those, he was maybe one of the greatest musicians that this city has ever seen."
