Jeffrey Donovan was reportedy arrested last night for DUI, after the actor swerved his vehicle to avoid striking a police car.
When he was pulled over, he reportedly told a police officer after failing a field sobriety test, "The only mistake I made tonight was drinking Benadryl with 3 glasses of wine."

Jeffrey Donovan, the star of the popular spy show "Burn Notice," was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence in Miami on July 12.
The 41-year-old posed for this mug shot and was released several hours later.
TMZ says that, so far, there's been no comment from Donovan's reps.
Here's the latest on what happened that night.
According to the Miami Beach PD, a cop saw Donovan's car swerve to avoid hitting his car.
When Donovan finally pulled over, he said, "Sorry, I didn't see the red light or your stopped car."
The officer smelled booze and asked Donovan if he had anything to drink and was told that he had some wine at the Fountainbleau Hotel.
Donovan flunked a field sobriety test. At the time he said,, "The only mistake I made tonight was drinking Benadryl with 3 glasses of wine."
