She typically participated in the aerobics and stretching segments, although she did occasionally appear in the resistance training and viewer mail portions as well. She was easily the most popular cast member to both male and female viewers, due to her girl-next-door charm and beauty. After production stopped on BodyShaping, Ms. Dempster appeared in some minor films such as Marci X and Runaway.
