Jennifer Espinosa is a 38-year-old Chicago-area teacher. She is accused of an eight-month long affair with a 16-year-old former student. She was arrested after police officiers smelled marijunna coming from a car containing Espinosa, a 16-year-old and a 22-year-old, whom the officer recoginzed as a gang member.
