A Reading native is behind bars in California for violating a restraining order against actress Jennifer Garner. Police say Steven Burky was arrested at the nursery school where one of Garner's daughters is enrolled. Garner was granted a restraining order against Burky in November of last year. She said she believed he posed a threat to her and her family and that he'd been stalking her since 2002.
