Jennifer Lopez Suing Ex Over Home Video Footage

Long before Jennifer Lopez married Chris Judd and finally settled down and started a family with Marc Anthony, she was married to Ojani Noa. They were married for less than a year and divorced in 1997, but now Ojani is hashing up their old romance for a film he's making called How I Married Jennifer Lopez: The JLo and Ojani Noa Story. But, Jennifer isn't too excited. In fact, she's suing her ex for $10 million.

Sources say the movie reportedly includes home video footage of the former couple, which violates the settlement agreement the 2 signed in 2005. So, her lawyers are on the case, trying to prevent the film from being released.

Apparently Ed Meyer, the man producing and marketing the film, bought the film rights from Ojani, and claims they show her in a "revealing lack of clothing and in sexual situations, especially in the hotel room footage from [their] honeymoon" (via Us magazine).
