E! Online reports celebrity couple Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony have filed a lawsuit against British baby carriage manufacturer Silver Cross. Apparently the company used a picture of the couple pushing their twins Emme and Max in some advertising materials, and the Anthonys are suing for trademark infringement.
Lopez and Anthony seek $5 million in damages, an injunction against the use of their images in future advertising, and anything the company might have earned by using the picture.
Ugh. While I understand endorsements are how this couple makes its money now that Jennifer no longer has a film career, it doesn't make them any more likeable.
