Jennifer Lopez To Sue a British Pram Company
Jennifer is to sue a British pram firm for £3.5million — claiming they used her photo without permission.
The actress said adverts for Silver Cross showed her with twins Max and Emme, one.
She and hubby Marc Anthony accused the firm of tricking the public into thinking they “endorsed” it.
The couple want all money made by the company from the ads, plus an injunction banning it from using their picture again.
They have filed a trademark infringement lawsuit in a Los Angeles district court.
Silver Cross — used by the Queen to push baby Prince Charles — would not comment.
