A US judge has kept a ban in place to prevent the release of intimate home videos featuring Jennifer Lopez that her ex-husband is trying to distribute.
L.A. Superior Court Judge James C. Chalfant issued a preliminary injunction on Tuesday against Ojani Noa and his manager Ed Meyer.
The Louboutin singer sued the pair in November for $10 million, citing that Noa would violate the terms of the couple’s divorce and a confidentiality agreement if the video was released.
