After two workouts for Andy Reid and the Eagles coaching staff, Jeremiah Trotter has been signed to a one-year contract worth the league minimum. The former fan favorite at middle linebacker is now starting his third stint with the team, last playing for the Eagles in the 2006 season. To make room for Trotter on the 53-man roster, Jeff Garcia has been released. Trotter was a force in the middle with the Eagles for years.
