Seattle's former coach and one-time general manager said Friday during his semi-weekly radio show in Seattle that he'd like to talk to Seahawks owner Paul Allen and chief executive officer Tod Leiweke about becoming the team's GM and perhaps president.  

Thinking it over: Mike Holmgren, who coached the Green Bay Packers and the Seattle Seahawks to the Super Bowl, is pondering an offer to become the head of football operations for the Cleveland Browns....

Many things can happen at the bottom of a pile. A finger to an eye, a twisted arm, a sucker punch, the list goes on. But biting? At least according to Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers it does. Rodgers accused Seattle Seahawks defensive end Darryl Tapp of biting him during the Packers' 27-17 victory over the Seahawks last season, an allegation Tapp steadfastly denies.  

For the third time in three seasons, Seattle has brought in Jeff Robinson to be the Seahawks' long-snapper. Robinson was signed on Tuesday to replace Kevin Houser. Houser was placed on injured reserve after suffering a collapsed lung following the Seahawks 24-7 loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Sunday.

Seattle Seahawks wide receiver T.J. Houshmandzadeh is missing practice Tuesday to attend the funeral of former Cincinnati Bengals teammate Chris Henry. Seattle coach Jim Mora said Monday that Houshmandzadeh was on his way to Louisiana to attend the service and would return Tuesday night. Seahawks long snapper Kevin Houser is hoping to be out of the hospital in time for Christmas Eve after doctors re-inflated his collapsed lung. Josh Freeman walked over to Tampa Bay's sideline after his ninth interception in just over two games.
