Jerry Fuchs was a drummer for bands like !!! and Maserati. He died in November 2009 after falling down an elevator shaft in Brooklyn. He fell five stories and died in the hospital following the incident.

Insanely sad news broke on Sunday about the death of 34-year-old Gerhardt Fuchs of Brooklyn, New York. Jerry Fuchs was a beast.
The drummer for 2009 Austin City Limits Music Festival performers !!! and Maserati was a graduate from the “bang them as hard as you can” school of drumming, a brilliant player who paired note-perfect pounding with animal fury.
