Jessica Alba Might Meet the Fockers
Getty Images Jessica Alba might be the latest celebrity addition to the Meet the Parents franchise for the third movie, Little Fockers. Producers want the 28-year-old Love Guru actress to play a hot pharmaceutical rep whose charm makes the movie's male characters crazy.
If she lands the role, Jessica will star alongside Ben Stiller, Robert De Niro, Dustin Hoffman, Owen Wilson and Barbra Streisand.
Jessica Alba could star in Little
Fockers. (Bauer Griffin)The new film will see Stiller's hapless character Gaylord Focker and his wife welcoming a child, or possibly twins, into the world. The storyline is close to Jessica's heart, she gave birth to Honor Marie, her first daughter with husband Cash Warren, 15 months ago.
She said: "Life moves so fast as a new mom. Sometimes I wish time would slow down. Every milestone is memorable, from the numerous wardrobe changes in her first five months due to her explosive diarrhoea to the first time she said, 'Mama.'"
Paul Weitz is directing the new film, which will start shooting in the next few months. It is currently set for a 2010 release date.
