In a countersuit, Gibson claims that Lowe sexual harassed her over the seven year period she worked off and on for the couple. She's is seeking $1.5 million in damages.
An attorney for Rob Lowe says dueling lawsuits between the actor and a former nanny have been dismissed. Larry Stein confirmed Tuesday that the cases involving Jessica Gibson have been dismissed. He didn't provide details. Gibson was a nanny for Lowe's children. Jessica Gibson, the former nanny suing Rob Lowe for sexual harassment, is being investigated bit by bit to expose her for what she really is. TMZ did some digging and found Jessica has a boyfriend named Jason Lesh, who posted a message last year asking for a $1 million dollar investment to help him manufacture a pest control product, through his company called Oek Industries.
