Jessica Hardy is a U.S. swimmer, and a one time world record holder in the 100m breast stroke. Unfortunately, she has failed a mandatory drug test by the USOC, and may be banned from not only competing in the 2008 Olympics, but also form competing in her sport for two years.

With the Olympic games fast approaching, arbitration proceedings will begin to decide if she will be eligible for the games.
