Jessica Sierra had another courtroom appearance yesterday to sort out rehab treatment plans after she was previously denied by the California Department of Probation .
Jessica Sierra has been given the go-ahead to attend a treatment program at a California rehab facility; her probation must be transferred to California within 45 days.
