The Jewel Cave National Monument is a national monument in Custer, SD.
Sunset,Another South Dakota ridgewalker here..........I ,too,have been to your "cave". The area is easily accessed by vehicle,so rest assured,many others have seen it as well. The holes don't move air,and have no real passage to them. They are just big enough,to huddle in,for a rain storm. You can bet your bottom dollar,that this area of real estate,has been searched as hard as any,in the entire Black Hills.......if there was an opening...
