Incorporating fused glass into PMC can turn a good piece into a stunning piece. I am not going to teach you how to fuse glass in this blog, but if you are looking for glass to fuse, and instruction books, a great place to look is Delphi Glass . You can fuse glass in your PMC kiln. Glass kilns are approximately the same size, and PMC and fusing glass are great partners. I will tell you right off that using a Precious Metal Clay syringe is not my favorite technique, and if you look at any of my work, you will be able to see that. I rarely use a syringe because I do not love the filigree look, my hands shake making the syringe almost impossible for me to use, and they are too delicate for my style.
