She never takes it off
I bought this as a Valentines day present for my girlfriend and she hasn't been seen without it since. She loves it and she and I thought it to be very high quality and have found no negative qualities. Very nice stone and chain.

I like it
I love this necklace that my boyfriend gave me. It has great color. I was afraid it might be too dark but the color is really beautiful. Each sapphire has a unique color and some are darker than others. The pendant is a nice size and very sparkly. I would recommend this necklace for anyone who loves sapphires.

Great product; Great price
I got this necklace for my girl's birthday. She absolutely loved it. The real sapphire is amazing, and the price cannot be beat when you are looking for something beautiful and valuable. I highly recommend any product that is made with similar quality as this pendant.

Beautiful, when it arrives in one piece
My wife loves sapphires and silver, so I figured this was a no-brainer for a Christmas gift. I bought one, gave it a brief examination without actually removing it from the little blue box, and wrapped it. Come Christmas morning, my assumption paid off: the moment she laid eyes on it, she was elated. However, when she went to try it on, we found that the latch was broken, rendering the necklace unwearable.

I first contacted the seller, [...], who said there was nothing they could do since the order was fulfilled by Amazon. On the Amazon.com return page, I found that this item could only be returned for a cash refund rather than a replacement since it came from a third-party seller. Kinda hokey if you ask me, but I guess that's how its done.

In the end, I got the refund and ordered a second necklace, which my wife is wearing as we speak. Other than the ordeal that took place over three days, we're satisfied with our purchase.

Not as picture depicts
Dissappointed. The product image was clearly photoshopped to look shiny / reflect light. The actual product received is quite dark and you can not see details as in the photo. If you like dark blue gems, then you might enjoy this. But don't buy it expecting it to look anything like the photo.
