David Spade Fathers Baby Girl According to DNA Tests

"Rules Of Engagement" funnyman David Spade is apparently a new father.

A baby girl born last week to Playboy Playmate Jillian Grace tested positive in DNA analysis as the 45-year-old comedians biological daughter.

The baby was born Aug. 26 in Missouri.

"David and Jillian have been in close contact throughout her pregnancy and he plans to go see the baby during his first break from shooting Rules of Engagement," publicist Meredith O'Sullivan told reporters.

Spade admitted to a short relationship with Grace, who was Playboy's Miss March 2005, but has had no comment about whether or not he was the father of the child. David Spade told a reporter for E! News that, "If it is true that I am the father of her child, then I will accept responsibility."

Spade is currently wrapping up work on the comedy "Hollywood & Wine" due in theaters next year, and starring Pamela Anderson, Vivica A. Fox, David Spade, Norm MacDonald and Chris Kattan. The film tells the story of mistaken identity, deception and people in debt to the mob, where the only solution is to continue the ruse in an attempt to save the day.
