Jillian Michaels (born February 18, 1974) is a trainer on the TV show, The Biggest Loser. She's also part owner in Sky Sport and Spa, a now famous training and athletic club in Beverly Hills.

I've been doing Beachbody's Slim in 6 collection but today I felt like mixing it up with something different so I popped in Jillian Michaels 30-Day Shred (Lionsgate, $14.98). Nervously.
