"You wan meet jilly?"

This shit mad funny.. So my dad is a real cocky dude. Even when he don't got much to be cocky about.. Thinks he knows everybody type of guy. So we at the Jill Scott concert in Detroit last summer, and it really aint my thing but i went along for the ride. So we in there an shit and my dad knows the people that run the whole thing cause he be selling phones to them. So after the concert we walking out the place and he stops at this guarded gate. On some real cocky shit says with a weird look on his face( a ya i got this shit up type look lol ) and says " you wana meet Jilly?" I of course follow with an ignorant "what!?" Lol no idea who or what this guy is talking about and he says once more.. "You tryna meet Jilly black brother?" lol FIRST OFF.. who is Jilly lol SECONDLY you don't know Jill Scott you know the people who brought her here to perform, lets not jump the boat man. So he speaks to the little security guard and gets past the first gate.. LOL everything goes down hill from here.. So we walk down to the water where her room was she was in after the show and everyone is on there way in. Lol as he starts to creep up the stairs ACTING like where he is walking is where he's suppose to be going.. He holds the door for a couple of people thinking good hospitality will win him entrance into the building. As he turns his head to make his move with three of us getting ready to follow a very strict black woman sternly looks like him his eye and shakes her head in a very funny manner and shuts the door in his face. We all are standing there with no idea what to do and eventually just walked away very embarrassed. So for future references next time.. no.. no i don't want to meet "Jilly".
