On ABC’s  This Week with George Stephanopoulos today, Democratic strategist and political analyst Donna Brazile indicated that there is the possibility of a runoff in the U.S. Senate race between Republican incumbent Saxby Chambliss and his Democratic challenger, former Georgia state Rep. N ot sure what Jim Martin was thinking in allowing rapper Ludacris to attend a rally today. This is the day before the run off election in Georgia, and this would be the last move I would expect from a man who wants to be a United States senator. His opponent incumbent Saxby Chambliss had Sarah Palin come stump for him today, that move may have been just as bad so that might even each other out. Georgia voters return to the polls today for the U.S. Senate runoff election between incumbent Saxby Chambliss and challenger Jim Martin . The runoff was triggered -- as per Georgia election law -- when Chambliss failed to win a majority of the votes cast November 4th. The League of Conservation Voters (LCV), a Washington, D.C.-based organization focused on voter education and action on environmental issues, announced its endorsement of former State Rep.
